Dudhsagar Waterfall
Famous for its breathtaking vistas, the mighty Dudhsagar falls has managed to grab a position in the ten highest waterfalls in Asia cascading from a height of 1017ft. As the name suggests, the “sea of milk” is in reference to the white spray created while water gushes down to the natural pool of tranquil water created at the base of the falls.
Spice Plantation
You will visit the Spice farm in Keri, Ponda where you will be served the herbal tea as a welcome drink which will be followed by a guided Spice Plantation tour of the farm where you will get to see a number spices which have a fantastic aroma. The spices seen are cloves, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and many other spices which are processed in their natural environment. In your tour, you will be served a sumptuous Goan lunch.
Elephant Shower and Ride
If you wish, you can take an elephant ride and shower. The cost of this will not be included in the package charges, and you will be required to pay on the spot
Old Goa Church Tour
Basilica of Bom Jesus is included in this tour depicts the history during the Portuguese rule and are as follows:
Basilica of Bom Jesus: This church holds the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier who is considered as the patron saint of Goa.
Se’ Cathedral: This church is in the same area as Basilica of Bom Jesus and was built in honor of St. Catherine.
St Francis of Assisi Church: This church has been built by eight Franciscan Friars, and it is said that the Franciscan Convent was converted into a museum in 1964.
St. Augustine’s Tower: Augustinian Friars constructed the St. Augustine’s church in 1602. In the year 1842, the tower collapsed because of neglect. Out of the stunning four towers, only one remains now.
