    • Payment and Financial Data: Credit card information (card number, expiry date, and CVV) or other payment details (e.g., UPI, net banking).
    • Refund Proof Data: Supporting documents like booking receipts may be required for processing refunds.

When you leave comments, we collect the information in the comment form, your IP address, and browser details to detect spam. An anonymized hash of your email address may be sent to Gravatar for profile image integration.

Media Uploads

Photos or videos uploaded by users should not contain embedded location data (e.g., EXIF GPS) to prevent exposing personal location details.
